We design, handcraft and deliver each piece with precision. To ensure transparency and protect both you and ME & Décor, please read our detailed shipping & handling guidelines below.

1. Shipping Methods & Timing

Daily Cut‑off: 5 PM EST. Orders placed after cut‑off begin processing the next business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

2. Production Lead Times & Updates

Each ME & Décor piece is handcrafted. Complex designs may extend production beyond standard handling time. We commit to:

  • Quality First: Rigorous inspection at every stage.
  • Real‑Time Notifications: If production exceeds 3 days, you’ll receive an email explaining the delay.
  • Transparent Tracking: Tracking may remain in “pre‑shipment” status while your item is in production.

3. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Within 12 Hours of Order: Email help@meanddecor.com to change items, shipping address, or cancel before production begins.
  • After 12 Hours / Post‑Processing: Production has started—cancellations aren’t possible. You may return per our Return Policy once delivered.
  • Customized Items: Made‑to‑order/custom pieces cannot be modified or canceled after 12 hours.

4. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Your Responsibility: Provide complete, accurate shipping details. We cannot reroute or intercept shipments once dispatched.

  • If a package is returned due to wrong/insufficient address, you may be responsible for re‑shipping costs.
  • If carrier tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received, contact the carrier first. If unresolved, email us within 7 days at help@meanddecor.com.

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These are determined by your local authorities and are your responsibility.

  • In some regions, you may pre‑pay VAT or duties at checkout (when available) to avoid unexpected charges.
  • Contact your customs office for local rates before ordering.

6. Optional Damage Protection

For peace of mind, add Damage Protection at checkout:

  • Coverage: Protects against damage in transit—replacement cost covered by us.
  • Fee: $9.95 per order (non‑refundable).
  • Claims: Submit photos/videos at meanddecor.com/contact within 7 days of delivery.

  • Transit times vary—allow up to 30 business days in remote regions.

8. Delayed Deliveries & Force Majeure

Once your order leaves our facility, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays:

  1. Severe weather or natural disasters
  2. Carrier labor disputes or operational disruptions
  3. High‑volume sale periods or holidays
  4. Customs inspections or regulatory holds

If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, notify us at help@meanddecor.com. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

Can I expedite shipping?
Priority Processing is free and built‑in. For urgent needs, contact help@meanddecor.com before 12 PM EST.
What if I’m not home at delivery?
Carriers will attempt delivery or leave a notice. Follow their instructions or pick up at the local depot. We’re not liable for unclaimed parcels.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Standard service requires a physical address. For P.O. box delivery, email us to arrange an alternative carrier (additional fees may apply).

10. Remedies & Liability Limitation

Our liability for any claim related to products, shipping, or handling is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. ME & Decor will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or personal injury.
